Fee Schedule

It’s easier when you know what you’re in for! We believe in transparency, so fees will be discussed prior to booking your first appointment. For assessments a comprehensive plan will be finalised in your initial appointment - with no obligation to go ahead should we decide it’s not the right time.

The following list details the services that are currently available and costs are current as of 1st July 2024. Fees are generally +GST if applicable.

Hourly rate is $280 for most services. ​

Initial Intake (60 - 80 minutes): $420 (plan developed and goals set)

​Individual Sessions (50 minutes): $280 (Includes telehealth)

Parenting Support (50 minutes): $280 (individual or couple parenting support)

Telephone or Web consultation (20 - 50 minutes): $280 (prorata)

Reports and Letters: $280 per hour

Full Psychoeducational Report: $1000

Attendance at meetings (e.g. school) (80 minutes): $375 + travel

Assessment Feedback (60 - 90 minutes): $375

Travel over 15 minutes: $30 per 15 minutes

Assessment prices vary according to needs but for a full neurodevelopmental or psychoeducational assessment typically involve:

  • Intake (1.5 hours): $420

  • Primary School/Kindergarten Visit: $420 (+travel =$66)

  • 4 - 5 Individual 60 minute sessions at $280

  • Full Comprehensive Report: $1000 

  • Feedback (60-90 minutes): $420

  • Total (for this example. 13 hours): $3726

This works out to an hourly fee of approximately $286 which is well below the APS recommended rate of $311. Click HERE for more information.

All costs will be discussed and agreed upon in initial intake session.

Prices are slightly discounted for secondary consultations or supervision of Psychologists, Mental Health Professionals or other School Wellbeing Staff (50 - 60 minutes), due to the mutual professional learning these services offer.  

  • Individual Supervision: $220 +GST

  • Group Supervision (4 supervisees): $60 +GST

  • Group Supervision (3 supervisees): $80 +GST

  • Group Supervision (2 supervisees): $110 +GST

GST does not apply on services for provisional psychologists. ​​Other services may incur costs not listed here, but will  be discussed prior to the client making any commitments.  Please clarify if anything is unclear.
